Glogirly's Katie LOVES Her Secret Paws!

Hi everyone, Katie here.

I had the best Secret Paws EVER this year! Samantha, Clementine & Maverick from the big state of Texas and the pawsome blog, Life From A Cat & Dog's Perspective, had my name .... and boy do they have my number!  

I've been watching my weight, so I asked for toys instead of treats. They gave me toys, and toys and more and more TOYS!!!  In fact, there was a whole PINK stocking FULL of toys!  I love them all SO much, but I think my favorite is my new pink mouse. He has a green brother which I might share with Waffles Too.  I'm still thinking about it. 

They also sent some cool stuff for Glogirly. A big Texas chocolate bar, a cute little ornament frame and a great note pad for her to write down my shopping lists for me. 

Thank you SO much Samatha, Clementine & Maverick!  You made my Christmas so very special. I love all my new toys and I love you.

Secret Paws for The Crew

My gift from Secret Paws arrived much earlier than this, but I was hesitant to open it.  I wanted to save it and savor it, so it sat there with it's promises of goodies and I smiled every time I looked at it...

Now that Christmas has passed, I thought it only fair to the people who sent it to me to open it up and share it with my kitties and with all of you.  It came from  Mal  (and Charlemagne and Tamar)and The Crew wants to send a great big THANK YOU!! for individually wrapped presents..

Fleurp snagged Eli's giftie

so I snagged it back, unwrapped it and gave it to him..

The "stocking" with toys was in the red and green paper.  More mice were in the striped paper that said "For all of you" and a bag of Temptations was in the blue paper.. once the mega bag of Temptations was out, all bets were off and as you can see the photo shoot ended there :)

Thank you again Mal.  It was so much fun and very much appreciated.

Our Secret Paws Celebration!!!

Our "Secret Paws" package arrived while mom was in Arizona, but she wouldn't let us have it until Christmas!

Since most or us like hanging out on mom's bed, that's where we go to open the package!

Here we are inspecting the package:

 Temptations!!! YAY!!!

 What are these?

 Temptations treat break!

 "Is this for me?", Panda asks.

Bandit checks out the mice while Memphis glares at me for having the Flashy Box.

 Daisy wins! She has the most mice in front of her!

 Lily wasn't interested in opening this. She was having too much fun rubbing her face all over it!

By the time all was open, there were toys all over the family room, the bathroom, and mom's bedroom! It was the best Christmas ever!!!

We all want to thank our Secret Paws. His name is Charlemagne and he lives in Washington State with his furblings, Tamar and Mal, and his humans!  Charlemagne included a Christmouse card with pics of himself, his girl Tamar, and his brother Mal. They are a good looking group of kitties!

Happy Cats and a Woofie!

 

OMC!  Our morning started early.  Nigel, my hero, started meowing early and loud.   I went and took my post on the Secret Paws package.  Throughout most of the week, Jonesie had been doing her duty, trying to hatch the box.  Considering what we found inside...whoa...

 

The first surprise was learning that our good pals, Eric and Flynn had pulled off a masterful secret.   We never suspected it was them!  Jonesie must have known though...and that's why she never left the box.  She admires them deeply for their farming, gardening and mousie hunting skills.  They are pawsome!

 

The package was sent from Nip and Bones, wow do they have cool stuff! 

Once the box was open it was a free for all!

There were tons of toys...our favorite Yeoww cat toys in all shapes and sizes, including little pillows and a nip lemon!  As you can see, Grete figured out it was not all cat toys.

There was a chewy for her!  She made short work of it. She thinks Eric and Flynn are awesome cats. Almost as awesome as us!

 

But...that was not all.  My hearts desire! Something I had wished for!  My turbo track! 

 

Dad had to put it together for us, but once he did...

I played and played and whapped and whapped.  Mom got video tape of me, it was so much fun!

 

 

But...as you could predict, the fun times ended in a whapping session!
